How our coaching service works

Our coaching service is flexible and adjustable to the needs of your organisation and employees. Here’s how it works:

1. Get in touch

Get in touch with our team and tell us about the people you’d like to offer coaching to. We’ll talk through their situation, and provide a recommended coaching plan tailored to them.

2. Book the initial sessions

We offer a minimum of 3 sessions, and sessions usually take place once per month. We can put together a more or less frequent schedule depending on what’s needed. All sessions are carried out virtually.

3. Begin coaching

The first session will be focused on listening and understand the employee, getting to know them and their specific situation. Over the following sessions, we begin to form solutions and techniques that can help. 

4. Develop a plan

Depending on the specifics of the situation and the person we’re coaching, we’ll help them develop a tailored action plan that includes strategies and techniques to help them navigate the challenges and opportunities we’ve talked through. From there, more sessions can be booked and a longer term plan is produced working with your organisation.

Price and booking info

Each session is £150+vat with a minimum booking of three initial sessions per employee. If you’re interested in booking sessions for lots of employees, we can discuss bespoke pricing.
